the club and the money raised covers all additional expenses incurred during the
season – the balance of coaches’ salaries and race fees, boathouse fees, insurance
costs, equipment repairs and new equipment purchases. We want any student that
has a desire to row to have that opportunity so if anyone needs a payment plan
contact Justine Stevens @ 856-287-1979. Anyone in need of assistance with the fee
please contact club president. (Marie Ely @ 856-854-0699.

*Minimum payment of $100. due at registration, 3 payments of $200. due by
Jan. 15, Feb. 15, and March 15.
$25. late fee applies unless prior arrangements have been made with
Justine Stevens/club treasurer.
All of our registration forms will eventually be on our website (www.htcrewclub.org)
under the Spring Season 2012 tab. (We are currently looking into a more user friendly
application for updates—please bear with us).You may print and complete them prior
to registration. Forms will also be available at registration. There are five forms
needed: the registration form, the code of conduct, the high school athletic waiver,
the Camden County waiver and the medical release form.
Physical - All rowers must have up-to-date physicals on file with the school nurse to
begin practice. Physicals are good for 1 year. If you had a physical in the fall you will
not need one in the spring. However, you will need to complete a re-certification
form and return it to the school nurse.
Fundraising - As in the past we will once again host the Haddon Hammer Indoor
Rowing Competition on Feb. 12 at HTHS and the Ergathon fundraiser in March. It is
necessary that every rower and their parent/guardian participate in fundraisers for the
success of the children and the club.
Please let us know if there are any skills or have suggestions that you might like to
share with the club or if you have any corporate contacts. Corporate sponsors benefit
from advertising on our web-site, food trailer or regatta banner.
