2026 Spring Season 

Spring season begins with winter conditioning in order to prepare rowers for 3 months of competitive racing. Winter conditioning builds strength and stamina and is an integral part of the Spring program. It is required unless the head coach approves a rower's participation in an approved winter sport. Winter/Spring 2026 is for high school athletes only.

SCHEDULE
Winter Conditioning   Jan 5th- mid March 
Mon-Fri:  3:30pm - 5:30pm;
Sat. 6am -8am
Location: Haddon Township High School 

On Water Training Starts early to mid March when river re-opens
Mon-Fri: 5am - 7am (as conditions permit)
Sat 6am-8am

REGISTRATION
Participants must complete both the HT Rowing registration form as well as the High School's student athlete forms/tests. While you are not required to submit registration to the school through FamilyID, the school nurse must still confirm eligibility.

 You will need to have submitted in order to be eligible to practice:

• A sports physical within the last 365 days
  • Physical Form   READ ME FIRST
• A Health History Update must be submitted if the school nurse has a current sports physical on file
• Impact Baseline Testing  every two years ​Enter Code B18C2A9A36
• Concussion Fact Sheet and Sign Off Form

FEE  
$1350   Fee includes coaching services, equipment use and participation fees for 10+ regattas, and $75 for team tent food.

If eligible for the sibling discount, HT Rowing will contact you directly about your adjusted fee.

Pay in Full: 
The registration fee of $1,350 includes the $75 deposit. If you pay in full, you do not need to pay a separate/additional deposit.

Payment Plan:  
Non=refundable $75 ($77 with PayPal) Due with registration.
1st Installment: $637  ($650 with PayPal). Due January 30. 
2nd installment $638 ($ 651 with PayPal). Due February 27.
