It's time for the 5th and final Flick! The Hawks are headed back to the Schuylkill on Sunday for Manny Flick 5 and seeding for City Championships. This is a slightly different format than previous regattas with some events being held as time trials and some as side by side sprints depending on event size. All athletes must arrive 2 hours prior to race time. See below for schedule and lineups:
