    ALL SHOPPERS: Once you hit Submit button below, the order form will disappear. It should. But if it does not, it means you have not completed a required field. Review your order and fill in any red highlighted boxes.
    PAY PAL USERS. - You have a 2 step process. After completing the Order Form and click on SUBMIT button below, you must return to this page and click on the yellow Buy Now PayPal button to pay for your items.

Click on the Buy Now tab shown below. Enter the total amount owed and ignore the 'per unit' language. You do not need to join or be a member of  PayPal to use the service. Just click on the 'pay by credit card or debit card' option.
