Hi Everyone,
Excellent work this week! The varsity and JV have been working extremely hard everyday and have really been impressing the coaches! We have also been very pleased with the progress of the novices. They are picking up the technical aspects of the stroke quickly and we are very excited about the future of the team. As a reward for the hard work (and due to some illness within the team) the coaches have decided to give the team the whole weekend off. Be sure to drink lots of water, eat healthy, stretch a few times a day and get lots of rest. We will see you Monday! Gregg All Fall rowers must report to the auditorium lobby at 11am on Thursday January 10th to have their yearbook photos taken. If you rowed from September 2012 - November 2012 you will be included in the photo. Please be sure to spread the word to your team mates (especially those who aren't rowing this spring!).
Year book photos for Spring 2013 will be taken at a later date. The testing schedule is as follows. Please show up during your designated time. Lateness will not be tolerated. Any athletes without the proper paperwork will be sent home and excluded from all team events until their forms are in. Be dressed and ready to warm up at your designated testing time. Varsity athletes will be required to stay for both sessions.
Friday January 4th: 30 Minute Erg Test 4:00pm - 5:15pm: Varsity and JV girls 5:00pm - 6:15pm: Varsity and JV boys Saturday January 5th: 2k Erg Test & Max Watt Test 9:00-12:00: Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys (Testing will occur between 9-10:30am) 10:30 - 12:00: JV Girls and JV Boys Check below to see what group you are in.
