Congratulations to our new captains for the fall season, we know you will all do a great job!!
Nick Jim Cassidy Emily Hello Everyone! Tomorrow we are going to have an area reserved at the Haddon Township Block Party. In an effort to raise awareness for the team we will have a boat on display as well as a few ergs to show people what we do. Based on the times everyone gave me today at practice, here is the schedule for when you should try to be there. If you can go for longer please do not hesitate!
Also, the Mayor is supposed to stop by around 2 o'clock so if you are not scheduled, but are around, please stop by. 12-2: Jim, Lauren, Tyler 2-3: Maddie, Alex, Joe 3-4: Nick, Duff, Joe...Maddie and Alex please help bring the boat back to the boathouse. 4-5: Nick, Duff, Dan Coin drop tentatively scheduled for Saturday 9/22/12: this has been called off as we do not have the insurance that is now required to have a coin drop in Haddon Township since the commisioners passed a new ordinance last spring/summer. This is a loss of approximately $4000/year to the club as we normally collected about $2000 each season.
I will send out an email in the next 5 minutes to all rowers and parents that lists the paperwork everyone needs to be cleared for practice tomorrow. If your name is on the list you cannot practice until the listed paperwork is submitted to Mrs. McCutcheon. I repeat...YOU CANNOT PRACTICE UNTIL THE LISTED PAPERWORK IS SUBMITTED TO MRS. MCCUTCHEON. If you think you already submitted something, go to her office tomorrow and get a note from her saying that you are cleared. If I am not notified by her that you are clear, or you do not bring a note from her to practice, I WILL SEND YOU HOME.
