I hope everyone had a great Holiday! We will start practice THIS Monday (1/6)...This week we will be practicing Monday to Friday from 3:30 to 5:30. Everyone needs to be stretching in the erg room by 3:15. There will not be a Saturday practice this week.

If for some reason the weather gets nasty again and there is no school on Monday our first practice will be Tuesday at normal time.

Please make sure you have all of your physical paperwork or recert paperwork complete and handed in. I will be checking prior to practice and anyone who has not submitted everything will be unable to participate.
