A delay in Cooper River dredging project means fall water practices will begin on the Cooper. We will remain on the Cooper as long as possible - hopefully through September. However, the process may move more quickly than anticipated so we ask everyone to be flexible and patient.
Below is the practice schedule for the time being. In keeping with past years, novices will only practice 3 weekdays as well as Saturday. JV/Varsity will practice every weekday and Saturday. Practice begins Monday, September 8th. JV AND VARSITY Monday through Friday. Time: 3:30pm - 5:30 pm Saturday: Start time TBD, but you will be off the river by noon Location: Camden County Boathouse, Cooper River NOVICES Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Time: 3:30 - 5:30pm Saturday: Start time TBD, but you will be off the river by noon Location: Camden County Boathouse, Cooper River PLEASE NOTE: Once Cooper River is shut down, water practices will move to the Delaware River and we'll be guests of the Oneida Boat Club in Burlington City. Transportation will be provided by the HT Crew Club. The schedule will change with only 3 water practice days each week. Details to follow.. September 4, 2014
7:00 PM | Haddon Township High School, Room 8 Even if your child has rowed before, parents of all rowers who plan to participate in the Fall 2014 season are expected to attend this meeting. Important information about the impact of Cooper River dredging project on practices and regattas will be discussed, along with the proposed regatta schedule as well as club activities and volunteer needs. A special orientation for new parents will take place immediately afterwards.
