After Saturday's practice, HT parents hosted a special breakfast for rowers featuring the ever popular 'slammy' along with other delectable dishes. The feast was followed by a vision board event where each rower created a visual representation of their personal goals using a wide selection of images, quotes, words and even paper plate shells. Vision boards are a source of inspiration and help rowers stay focused. The event was a well timed coming in middle of winter conditioning. On this Valentine's Day we send out our heartfelt thanks to the local businesses who have partnered with us to support of youth rowing. We are overwhelmed by the response to our sponsorship campaign and are pleased to welcome the newest additions to our 2022 Sponsorship List:
 HT Rowing is pleased to announce its 2022 Haddon Hammer is a go for Sunday March 6th. This 2M indoor rowing competition attracts rowers from across the region, eager to see how they match up against those they may soon face on the river. Events for all levels - high school, middle school, masters and coxins.
