Spring Break training camp begins on Friday March 29th and runs through Sunday April 7th. All rowers are expected to attend unless otherwise cleared by the coaches. We will do two sessions of rowing with a 1hr lunch break in between. Athletes are required to stay at the boathouse for the lunch break unless dismissed by a coach. Please bring a bagged lunch, books, and blankets to stay comfortable during your break.

Unfortunately, I will not be at the regatta on Sunday where I was going to collect the bottles.Rowers please bring your bottles to practice on Monday and Tuesday. I will take them from you prior to practice. If you would like to drop them at my house. (address is on crew list) I am right down the street from the high school and I am usually home during the day. So far we have 3 bottles and we are looking for a lot more! Seniors: We hope you had a lovely time in Florida and managed to squeeze in a few circuits in between all the rides. Because there are so many of you (entire line ups) we decided not to enter any Varsity events for Manny Flick #2. There is no point in lining up and racing unprepared. Instead, you can devote your time on race day to supporting your JV and novice teammates. Seniors are required to attend the entire entire regatta and help with rigging and oars. Seniors are not required to practice on Saturday March 23rhd, you will resume practice on Monday at 3:15pm. March has arrived and with it the real fun begins. We will start to transition back to the boathouse as weather permits this week. Please stay tuned into the blog for the most up to date practice schedule. All rowers must come prepared for cold weather conditions. (aka long spandex, long sleeve tops, splash jackets or wind breakers, hats and socks). You will not be permitted to practice if you're wearing shorts and a tank top in 40 degree weather. Bring a change of clothes for after practice in case you get wet. All rowers must bring running shoes and a water bottle to practice each day. On rigging days rowers are responsible for bringing their own tools (7/16cm, 10mm, and an adjustable wrench is all you need). No rowers will be permitted to use the coaches' tools this season - no exceptions. Don't hesitate to contact Coach Gregg or Coach Annie with any questions! March 4th - March 10th Practice Schedule. SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON WEATHER! Monday March 4th: 3:15pm Erg Room Tuesday March 5th: 3:15pm Erg Room/Boathouse - 2k test and rigging (We will carpool to the boathouse to rig after the 2k tests are completed.
