Please remember your yoga mats for practice today. We will be doing yoga for the second half of practice.

Practice is cancelled tomorrow (1/26). The school is closing at noon and there will be no after school activities. We will resume in the Erg Room on Tuesday at 3:30.
Erg Room underwent a transformation this weekend. See pictures below for before and after shots. Several braved frigid temperatures to paint, paint some more and paint some more again. Numbers were small but spirits high. Thanks to the intrepid Tingley Trio of Fred, Vicky and Erik and Head Painter - Coach Francis for a spiffy new look. Still to come is artwork and the team logo on the mirror (or somewhere). The floor will be redone this summer. Welcome back and happy new year!! I hope you all enjoyed your break and had a great holiday. We will begin practice tomorrow (1/7) at 3:30 in the erg room with fitness testing and a goal making session. If you do not have all of your medical forms submitted to the nurse you will be unable to participate in the workout and will have to make it up at a time outside of practice once you are cleared. We will practice Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week and will begin Saturday practices next week. Get lots of sleep tonight and come ready to work tomorrow.
Go Hawks! Gregg Winter Conditioning for the 2015 Spring Season begins on Wednesday, January 7th after school. Rowers should report to the erg room.
