Rowers had their first 2K of the 2022 Spring Season last Friday - the first of many to come as they prepare for regattas. A blend of endurance and sprinting, the 2K is used to guage overall fitness. Every afternoon, the team has transforms the cafeteria into a practice room because it provides the social distancing that's not possible in the much 'cozier' erg room.  Congratulations to Steve McNamara who held the winning ticket - #0193 - in today's 'replacement drawing' of a pair of tickets to Eagles-Cowboys game. The original winner of the lower level pair tickets has unexpectedly found another way to attend the game and returned the pair of tickets to the Club in order to give another raffle participant the chance to attend the game. The ‘replacement drawing’ took place this evening. The Club retained all ticket stubs, so every participant had an equal chance to be a winner.
The team is grateful to all who purchased raffle tickets as well as and especially to the Gartland Family for their contribution of the tickets. We are going to push the start of winter training back to Saturday (1/8) at 6 am.

drawing took place Monday, Jan. 3rd at 5pm at the HT Municipal Building.  HT Rowing's raffle drawing for 2 pairs of tickets to next Sunday's game between Philadelphia and Dallas is today, Monday January 3rd, at 5pm in front of the Haddon Township Municipal Building.
