With Spring racing coming soon, it's time to start winter conditioning to build the stamina and power that wins races. Winter conditioning - an essential component of the Spring season - begins Tuesday January 5th. Rowers should report to the erg room at 3:30 Monday thru Friday and at 8am on Saturdays. Start times for Saturday workouts may vary, but rowers will always be done by Noon. All rowers will need a current physical on file with the school nurse (or a recertification if cleared for a sport within the last 365 days). If in doubt regarding your status - please check with the school nurse.
