Singles Camp Begins Monday June 29th

AT LAST...rowers will be back on the water this week. For those who've not signed up - there are still slots available. We are holding on opening up the program to alum and (possibly) non-members in order to give the 2019-2020 team first choice.

Important Information for Camp Participants.

• ARRIVAL - Come to the back of the boathouse. Remain OUTSIDE the bay until you've been cleared by coach.
• TEMPERATURE CHECK  - Before entering the bay, you must have your temperature checked by the coach. If you have a fever - you will not be able to row. 
• WAIVER -  On your first day, bring a signed , hard copy of the County waiver and give to Coach. It has to be a paper copy. Sorry, county is not accepting anything online.  Below is link to download.
• SCHEDULE CHANGE -  As with all activities, sessions will be cancelled for unsafe weather conditions (lightning, high wind). The coaches will notify rowers via text and parents via Remind about any schedule changes. We will make every attempt to reschedule sessions cancelled due to weather.
• BE ON TIME -  Because of the requirement that all rowers have temperature check before being allowed into the bay and on water...it is important to arrive on time. Once in the launch and on the river, coach will not be able to return to the bay to take a late arrival's temperature. 
• SUMMER  HEAT  -  Be smart. Bring water - lots. Use sun protection (sunscreen, hat, eye-care etc). 
• GERM CONTROL -  In compliance with Boathouse requirements, boats will be cleaned after each use. Rowers will do the cleaning;  the Club will provide approved cleaning - disinfectant supplies.

• COACHING - The coaches are divvying up the day. In general, Keith is 6am-8am; Gregg is 8am to Noon. Fitti is Noon to 2pm (ends at 4pm).
